Depends. What are do you plan on doing? My best advice on the weights is to go to a store where they sell them and get a feel for them. Once you’ve found a good one, you’re good

    Upper body:

    Wall push-ups
    Modified push-ups
    Curls
    Dumbbell presses

    Lower:
    Squats
    Lunges
    Bridges
    Dumbell squat with overhead presses

    Want to lose weight?

10 push ups, 15 crunches, 30 sit ups, 5 butt shapers on each leg(go on the ground and lift your leg in the air behind your head for 5-10 seconds), 30 knee kicks on each leg(go on all fours, lift your knee in the air and swing it back and forth-towards your head and back), 50-100 jumping jacks, bike for 30 mins, swim laps in pool for 10-15 mins, hula hoop for 20 mins. don’t eat more than 1500 cals a day.this ecersicing routine probably burns around 300-400 cals. pounds of weight to start out: only 10 pounds on each arm, this should help, GOOD LUCK!:)

    How to Lose Weight

Since UAR 14years old suggest u some light weight trainings;like 5-10 pounds of dumbbells and i think you don’t have to do all that heavy weight trainings like those body builders go for morning walk at least 4Klimt’s Ada and try to have lots of cold water and avoid having junk foods from outside avoid salty foods (snacks etc) have lots of green salads have heavy lunch and have something light at night and I think this will help you on the hockey field. All the very best
