    i dont know that kinda diet, but it sounds like what they didnt tell you is that after you’ll starve and lose 18 pounds in 4 days, if you dont faint, you’ll gain 25 pounds in the next 4 days. that’s why the word diet and the word miracle are not listed as synonims

    Losing weight without starving yourself

    i have it and im starting today have to say that your not starving yourself you eat plenty of fruit and veg and also in this diet is minced beef, chicken breast, steak and other stuff, some of the ingredients are full of vitamins ,minerals and antioxidants i researched it last night!
