Honey and chocolate mixed together with butter. Organic black chocolate with honey mix it and eat an equal portion of organic butter, I lost weight on that bc fats are healthy and build muscle as they burn body fat.
You didn’t mention why the diet (purity? spirituality? health?) so not sure what it is that we can recommend, where the perimiters are but hope that I helped.
You seriously need to try watermelon though, that is just too sweet! (If you’re allowed healthy organic ice cream, go to your heath food store hon! They have Lara Organic bars made with dates, cashews, cherries etc.. they’re awesome!)

Stevia is natural and you can get in little packets. I like to take just frozen whole strawberries (no sugar added) and put them into a blender with water and blend, some people put skim milk or soy milk instead of water. Just like a strawberry shake, but healthy and low in calories. You can find the stevia in health food sections of your grocery store.

I was in the same boat..whilst pregnant with my last two children…I had gestinational diabetis…
I found it great using a dehydrator and drying natural fruits for that sweet taste…such as bananas, apricots, pears and pineapple….along with nuts, cashews, pecans, mixed together made it a great sweet treat…..found it filling and helped with the sugar cravings…
You can also buy them at any health food shop, but as I had a dehydrator at home, it was more fun and took away some of the cravings along the way….good luck…wish you well.
