How can I break my addiction to Diet Coke?

I always crave Diet Coke. I like the bubblies and the taste the most. I hate drinks with real sugar, like juice and reg sodas, and I’m not too big a fan of iced tea or plain water when I’m out. What alternate can I replace my addiction with when I go to restaurants or convenience stores?

    remember these nasty facts… surcalose the atificial sweetener they use to try to get rid of that nasty taste can cause brain tumors rarely tho but more than rarely will cause brain damage that will lead to memory loss. it can also cause panic like agitation,dizziness and numbness, diarrhea, muscle aches, headaches, intestinal cramping, bladder issues, and stomach pain and skin irratation or rashes. if you suffer from any of these then think what your drinking may causing it. now with diet coke they more thank like use aspartame. these are the side effects to this sweet poison
    Eyes:
    blindness in one or both eyes
    decreased vision and/or other eye problems such as: blurring, bright flashes, squiggly lines, tunnel vision, decreased night vision
    pain in one or both eyes
    decreased tears
    trouble with contact lenses
    bulging eyes
    Ears:

    marked hearing impairment

    anyways you get the point they’re are way more symptoms im reading here also i read a study a long time ago about people switching to regular coke to diet coke for dieting reasons and reported that they drank more diet coke than the regular coke. they also reported gaining more weight because of the exsessive drinking. what caused the coke drinkers to crave more diet coke is because the lesser caffiene amount in the diet coke than in regular. diet coke diet? no makes ya fatter. i suggest what to do is switch to regular coke which is a little more healthy than diet because it doesnt contain aspartame or surcalose. youll be getting more caffiene too which will curb your craving a little longer. actually you’ll split your intake of the liquid by half. caffiene isnt nearly as risky as those atificial sweeteners. another thing you can remember (even try this at home) pour a glass a coke and drop a penny in it wait a week… see what happens. this leads from he case of the woman who died because she drank so much coke her intestines pretty much dissolved leading to her death. think of your coke addiction as smokig it is the same. $ 3.85 for a pack of smokes about the same amount for a 12 pack coke. if you drink more than that or about that a day your a smoker. if a smoke who smokes a pack a day quits, he/she will save average $1400 a year a man told me hes rich a s hell now caz he quit.. so take all this in mind coke is a pretty nasty drink to intake evewry day numorous times a day too. itsa ok f its just one a couple weeks or even just 1 a week. if you do quit watch your weight melt off. it is a crazy site to watch on the scale. diet or not youll just gonna gain.
