Cholesterol Diet?

What is a good Low Cholesterol Diet? I’m a slim woman, but blood work my doctor showed my cholesteral level at 214, when the average level is 170. So, they suggested more exercise (which I get quite a bit of already) and a low cholesterol diet. Any suggestions for that?

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    cut back on meats and fatty food such as whole dairy products, baked goods like cake and donuts and only eat lean meats in moderation, eat apples, oatmeal, grapes, whole grains which are all soluble fiber and they help remove cholesterol
