    Slim down – remove fat

    amazing video, great speaker, i think you are destined to be a motivational speaker and possibly a personal trainer from what i’ve seen. I’ve been working on losing weight by eating very healthy, i feel so much better seeing bad food and choosing not to eat it even if everyone else does. it makes you feel kinda powerful. it makes you in control and not food. i need to find an exercise program that works for me, i don’t have a way to a gym so i’m trying out things.

    Okay, I just want to start out with; freaking amazing video!
    I’m 16 (female), I’m not what you would consider “fat”, but from my family, though they love me, have always critisized me for my pudge, and now i’m always self concious. I try and I keep trying; I don’t know what I want more then to lose my fat. I just keep getting bigger but I get motivated and i go to the gym, I’ve been giving it my all, but i get weak and give in. I’m going to the gym right now =) thx for the motivation

    Hey! The most EFFICIENT/EFFECTIVE way (in my opinion) is high protein. However, you can still lose fat if you keep under your daily calorie maintenance level! :)

    Very informative!! Right on! I think the only people that can really tell people how to lose weight are those that have been where you (and I) are. Just like being pregnant, you only really know how it is when you’re going through. You can’t just read about it, you have to live it.     Yeah I did LOTS of unhealthy stuff such as diet pills, fat fast, water fast, etc. I lost weight the “unhealthy way” but now I know how to do it right, so I practice healthy eating habits! :D

    There’s no way you lost 100 pounds of fat quick enough to leave you with so much excess skin afterward. If it was through weight training and exercise the skin would’ve tightened and filled with muscle. What did you really do? I’m guessing a water fast or something eh?

Losing weight is sooo difficult and i especially agreed with ur perspective on weight loss maintenance. 2 years ago i lost one hundred pounds and was soo happy. However i let myself believe that was the end of the road and i resumed a ‘normal’ lifestyle and unfortunately have regained around 65lbs. I am now on the road to weightloss throught lifestyle change this time and not a ‘diet’. I really hope the recovery is going well!xo
