We can always bring it back!  I was a huge fan of Veronica Mars and Family Guy - Family Guy came back, Veronica did not :(  I am still upset about this but have faith it can be done w/ a little fan support.</description>

Each weekly workout can be 2x/week on non-consecutive days. Ideally, you can start to cut back on long cardio workouts and get more into interval based work that will get you into better shape faster than traditional, steady state cardio. Keep up the great work!</description>
