I ate Pizza on my diet, am I in trouble?

Okay, I ate 520 today BEFORE the pizza. I ate 2 slices from a large pizza which had hamburger,onion and mushroom. The first slice I took the toppings off, second slice i didnt. My diet is 1200 calories. Is this okay? calories are calories right?
FYI This calorie calculator says there are 272 per slice, hopefully thats right.

haha funny you should mention that cause I have really been watching what I eat but my hubby is gone out to get some pizza as we speak and I am contemplating on having a piece. It should be fine. What you could do is excercise to work off what you ate, or eat less one day to make up for the extra calories you had. But everybody eats badly sometimes.

Well it would depend on what you ate early on in the day. If that was the only meal you had then it would be just fine. But if you had a heavy lunch and/or breakfast for your previous meals it may affect your diet.

on average , half a pizza has about 650 calories maximum so you most likely won’t have gone above 1200.

Yes I eat two slices per week on ww and I have lost 2-6 pounds a week for the past 6 weeks. I am down 26 pounds. Pizza is okay in moderation as long as you do not over do it.
