I am not fat, I have a great shape, except my stomach gets round and full. What would be the best workout schedule and plan to start losing weight today.

    Running would probably be your best bet and works well for me. The cardio stimulates digestion and circulation and thus decreases weight. Watch out for your salt intake, it can cause bloating and makes you retain water. As far as strength training, dont overdo the ab workouts, do different types of crunches/sit-ups in sets less than 50. The main way you are going to reduce the pounds is cardio. Do 45 minutes each day and you’ll start feeling the results.

    drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, blueberries etc

    only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well

    ps for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch
