drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, blueberries etc 

only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well

ps for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch</description>
