    lol 3000 calories is not a lot when you do 90 Minutes of cardio and 1 hour of weight training 5 x a week…I could probably add another 500 and I would still get away clean without storing any.

    if you want to lose weight ,just like me, dont eat after 6pm. dont eat crap. and try nor to eat tortilas and bread.eat about 3 things in the morning. and in the afternoon dont eat much.
    and drink water,fruits and vegetables before you eat if you are very hungry

    XD people are retards. here is a nice way to not be totally anorexic and loose wieght : Eat a bowl of cereal in the early morning [around 7 or earlier] then a salad with no dressing/veggy/nothing for lunch. DO NOT EAT DINNER. all you do is sleep afterwards. make sure the eat lunch early, 1pm at latest.
