What kind of exercises/workout DVDS will keep me healthy?

Does anyone have any good suggestions on exercises or workout DVDS that will keep me healthy during my pregnancy? There are no prenatal exercise classes for me to take in my area. Before getting pregnant my husband and I were both really active, but I cant do a lot of those activities now. I have only gained 2 lbs and I’d like to keep my weight gain healthy. Oh i have never tried yoga so id be a beginner!

    You should try yoga. Its safe enough for your unborn baby and is a good way to calm yourself and relax as well.

    Walking is good. As long as you can talk through the exercise it should be ok to do.
