What is the best way or diet to loose 20 pounds fast, and keep it off?

Sadie Soleil asked:

I am the Queen of crash dieting, but it’s doing me no good as I get older. can loose weight fast, but i gain it back soon after and with a few extra pounds. I work a lot, and am very active there, but when I get home from a 12-14 hour work day, I am too exhausted to go for a run or work out. Any suggestions?

Need to lose weight?

    How to Lose Weight

cut out the sugar, soda, and white breads, drink a lot of water, take a brisk walk every day, but i notice such a difference when i take my vitamins sometimes 3 times a day. I found this vitamin online that made me aware that our bodies don’t absorb hardly any of an average vitamin, so I go with a company online where my body absorbs 85% of the vitamin instead of an average 10% like for centrum.

So, vitamins are good to accompany any diet.

Lose weight now – Stay slim forever

you should be able to keep at least a little bit of the weight off if you eat healthier and don’t binge on all the stuff you didnt eat after a “crash” diet. I think thats your problem. I know its hard to follow this tip and I know how hard it is not to eat something you shouldnt…I’ve been there too…

but if you really move around as much as you say at work for 12-14 hours, just eating better food but in smaller portions should get ya there

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

First of all, there is never a quick fix. You should only lose a pound or two a week to safely lose weight. If you are really serious about losing this weight and keeping it off, you will have to change your LIFESTYLE. If you are a vegetarian to lose weight, I suggest you stop because it won’t make a difference. For instance you’re a vegetarian because it’s who you are.

Do not try to eat less because your body will store the food as fat because it feels like it is being starved and then you will have the opposite effect you want.. The best way to make sure you don’t eat too much or too little is to have six small meals a day, and (this is very important) chew slowly. This will help to regulate your metabolism , not only will you taste your food more, you will not eat so much that you eat more than your stomach will hold. It takes about twenty minutes for people to realize that they are full. Of course, a well balanced diet helps as well.

As for exercise, I’d say running (don’t over do it) and make sure you stretch both before and after. Your muscles will get sore otherwise (they still might get sore anyway but not as bad).

If you do this, your body will lose weight all over. There is no way to take off weight from a particular layer, your body will lose weight in proportion to the rest of your body. Also, you might gain some muscle from running. Muscles weigh more than fat, but definitely look better.

    Good luck on that!

    Metabolism and Your Weight

I have found a weight loss program that offers exceptional solutions to most Dieter’s three main challenges.

    1. Eating right and cutting calories
    2. Boosting a tired metabolism and helping with energy
    3. Helping calm hunger and the stress of dieting

Best of all, the program provides a simple way to not only lose weight, but to help you keep it off too!

Using the products in this comprehensive program together gives your body what it needs to lose weight. No more counting calories or trying to balance how to get the right mix of nutrients within your calorie limit. The Program is flexible to fit your needs. You can define HOW you use it to meet your lifestyle, even a lifestyle that’s on the go.

A lot of people have lost weight by using this program. Most of which have tried every diet you can think of before and it didn’t work. Just to name a few here are the ones they’ve tried. Jenny Craig, NutriSystem, Weight Watchers, Atkins, the cabbage diet, Advocare, Assential, Juice Plus, Herbalife and Isagenix. And none of them worked. Does that sound familiar?

In fact, one guy that I know lost over 50 lbs. in 3 months. If you’re interested or want more information on this program send me a message and I can get you in touch with my friend who lost the weight. He loves helping people with their weight loss problems.
