I am going to disagree on the not eating lunch comment. Thes is a terrible strategy for your body to have to endure. You are not giving your body what it needs to push throught the day. Eating something health for lunch would be the alternative. Skipping meals frequently or starving yourself makes your body think it needs to hold on to every ounce of everything elst it needs because it does not know when it will get feed again and food=fuel. So the body will store it if you deprive it.
