    I am going to disagree on the not eating lunch comment. Thes is a terrible strategy for your body to have to endure. You are not giving your body what it needs to push throught the day. Eating something health for lunch would be the alternative. Skipping meals frequently or starving yourself makes your body think it needs to hold on to every ounce of everything elst it needs because it does not know when it will get feed again and food=fuel. So the body will store it if you deprive it.

    Ok guys the best way too loose weight is to drink a shit load of water only eat breakfast and supper not lunch make sure they are health choices and burn about 600 cals a day. I lost 50 pounds in 2 months, The easiest way to do this is if you have a motivation. My motivation was girls and for girls it could be guys. But in the end it is all better i get treated better i have more freinds im great at sports. Think about the person you think is the one and test yoursef too see howmuch u want them.

    don’t quit…thats my main point. Make sure that you stay physically active…do something each day. run. walk., jump rope swim or something. Just cutting back on eating does not lose weight , that just maintains. You must burn those calories that are stored up
