Pretzels are pretty good if you want something salty they are pretty healthy. Peanuts or Almonds are good because they are high in fibre but dont eat too many. Also snack on veggies and fruits always good!
and if you’re craving bread stay away from white breads, weight watchers has bread that is only 1 point per slice, or brown bread or rye bread is better then white bread! drink lots of water and if you want a bit of flavour spike it with lemon or lime! always good!
