    i want to point out 1 thing. or actually a couple of things. if you will lose more than 1 pound per week, u will probably not only burn fat, but lose muscle too. don’t work out more than an hour, the carbs u eat are enough to provide u energy for about 1 hour. so you’re thinking “SO WHAT?     you kidding??? How much do you weight like 105lb? it looks like a low bmi imo. ALso theyres alot to consider. My bmi is like 26 but im muscular. So dont let bmi fool you its overrated. Nor the weight you see on the balance. Whats important is to maintain a healthy reasonable size and to like what you see in the mirror.

    your ligaments are messed up because your 14 and still growing….this type of intense exercise could permanently damage your growth plate. talk with a CERTIFIED personal trainer, if you belong to a gym, any good trainer will offer you some free advice. good luck
