everyone hits a barrier when they are trying to loose weight, but with perseverance you can break through the barrier and the weight will start coming off again. keep at it.
I don’t think anyone can really help you until you offer a bit more detail about your daily routine.
What kind of exercise do you do? For how long? Do you honestly work out every day, or do you skip occasionally? Are you pushing yourself when you work out?
What kind of foods are you eating – aside from salads? Are you getting proper nutrition, or starving yourself and thinking that it’s “healthy” because you’re eating once or twice a day? Do you take a multivitamin or supplement of any kind?
The fact is – if you are getting good nutrition and doing enough exercise to burn more calories than you’re taking in, you should be losing weight. Even if it isn’t a very significant amount each week.
There is, however, an exception to that general rule. A lot of dieters hit a plateau – a point in which they’re current routine is no longer shedding pounds but maintaining their weight. Change up your exercise routine and your diet. See if this helps. Or talk to you doctor about things you can do to jump-start your weight-loss.
Consider the possibility that you might be putting on lean muscle mass. Really the best way to tell how fat you are or aren’t is to look at yourself in the mirror and look for fat.
It’s subjective, sure, but simply looking at your mass can’t differentiate between water weight, fat, and muscle, but when you look at yourself in the mirror you can. Take pictures of yourself so you can see the progression too.
It depends how much you sweat and how fast your heart rate is. Then your gonna lose some weight. Burning calories is good too. Sweat more!! It will help.
