What is a good workout schedule for my goals?

I am a 15 year old girl who weighs 140 poundd and am looking to lose at least 10-20 pounds within the next month or two. I am already on a sugar free diet. Many people are telling me this is not possible but I am very serious about it and am looking to lose as much as I can. My targeted areas are my legs, abs, arms and love handles. Please can you tell me what a good weekly workout schedule for me would be for my situation? Thanks :)
