There are natural ways to normalize blood pressure. First check with your doctor to find out what the maximum amount of daily sodium intake you are allowed to have. Stay under the limit as low as possible. The doctor will probably have a blood test ordered.

After you hear from the doc, control your sodium intake, drink plenty of water. Don&#039;t drink soda. It is high in caffeine. Limit your coffee to no more than 3 cups per day. Too much caffeine will raise blood pressure.
