    Before starting any weight loss/exercise program, please check with your doctor.

    Depending how many pounds overweight you are, it is possible to lose 10 pounds in 14 days.

    The key for this would be both exercise and diet-particularly diet in this case.

    As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly. Drink water throughout the day.

    Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. Try some of the powerlifts such as squats and deadlifts. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.

    You will need to shift and change your exercise to continually to get results. This is called muscle confusion.

    By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.

    The South Beach Diet Would Probably Work Well. Or Just Eating Healthy Foods And Plenty Of Exercise.

    You could always try ALLI diet pill. I tried the free sample pack for 2 weeks and I lost about 7lbs without really doing anything different than from what I normally do. I’m sure if I exercised and ate better, I could have lost more. A lot of my friends swear by ALLI.

    I’m not sure if there is any free samples left but you could always try

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    i also workout twice a week in the gym.
