Pizza is not going to help your diet. The veggie toppings are alright, but the bread and the grease aren’t helping anything. It’s not really a loss either, its better than a lot of gross processed food you could be eating. If you like it, eat it. Don’t waste your time thinking it is going to help your metabolism, it won’t.

Absolutely not, that’s like eating seven peices of pizza a day. Not exactly a great diet plan. Why dont you eat some fruits and veggies once in a while. Dont eat when your not hungry. Exercise.
This is how you lose weight: Eat healthy. Exercise your entire body. Have a positive attitude.
Anyone who has any other advice than that is either being specific on those three things or mentally insane and wrong.

Chef, that is probably too much pizza. However, the small and frequent feedings are a very good idea. I would emphasize both protein and fiber, and aim for more variety. By all means, drink lots of water. You will need about 14 grams of fiber for every 1000 calories consumed. Figure out your caloric requirements, then divide by five and eat five small meals per day, evenly spaced, if possible. It works for me.
