    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Eat things like apples which are big and take a while to eat but which don’t have many calories.

Sugar free ice lollies work as well.

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

WHY are you having problems limiting yourself to 1200 calories ?

Do you like food more than you’d like to lose those 50 pounds ?

Try writng down what you eat and how many calories, so you’ll stop when you’ve hit the limit :)

    Need to lose weight?

don’t limit food things will only be harder. For one who will feel weaker and probably do less exercise and second it will lower you metabolism and just make it easier for u to put on weight. Instead just stick to exercise.

Eat lots of fruit and veggies, eat foods with fiber that will fill you up. Distract yourself when you get a craving by chewing gum, brushing your teeth, taking a walk, etc.

    Losing weight without starving yourself

you can google “300 calorie meals” and tonnes of things come up. just try to have 4 of those meals per day – equalling 1200 caloires.
Now also you should be aware that if you are working out you are going to need more calories than you used to. you only want to be losing about 2-3 lbs per week, not only to stay healthy, but the weight wont stay off if you lose more than that. if you restrict yourself too much you will only fail.
if you visit sparkpeople.com they can also help you make a meal plan based on your age weight height and goals and can help you stay healthy while dropping weight as well.

    Need to lose weight?

Plan your meals in advance. Write down a list of foods you eat and research the calories in them online. Like an apple for example, you’d need to look that up because it’s not like apples come with nutrition labels. Then, plan out your meals accordingly. Also, don’t deprive yourself too much because then you might give up and binge. If you want ice cream, don’t go for Ben and Jerry’s, but pick up a box of Skinny Cow ice cream instead. Don’t eat a bunch of oreos, buy a 100-calorie pack of them. If you are a snacker and you need to eat thoughout the day, put snacks into your daily meal plan. Like, for example, oatmeal and an apple for breakfast with a glass of milk, and then have some pretzels for a snack, then lunch, snack, and dinner. If you want to add in desert, then don’t eat the second snack. If you’re eating healthy, and you’re getting enough protein, cravings shouldn’t feel unbearable. Don’t burn out on the exercise either. Diets aren’t always successful, but lifestyle changes can be. Make sure you’re plan is something you can stick to. You can even splurge once a week, eat a cupcake, a couple cookies. Splurging a little won’t kill your diet, and it won’t leave you desperate for sweets or salty things like chips. Think, if I eat right this whole week, I can have a treat over the weekend.
