Can somebody make me or suggest a workout schedule for biceps triceps and forearms?

Just a basic workout schedule like a three times a week thing and what types of excersise to do with a set amount of reps and sets. Unfortunatly i only have a set of 25lb dumbbells right now… so any advice will be apprecaited

ps an ab workout would be great too.
