    Want to lose weight?

    I am on the same plan. Chicken breast, rice, egg whites..I also do eat pasta with fat free ragu sauce. It’s filling and 8g of fat, 8g of protein per pound is pretty good as long as you are exercizing. You could even do an extremely low fat chicken parm if you experiment a little.     I remember the first time I met you when you said you had lost a lot of weight. I was like “What is he doing to lose weight?” Now that I know I think I’m gonna try it. I’ve been tryin to lose weight ever since I started college and I kept thinkin i had to spend hours at the gym, but your diet and exercise plan seems really easy and I’m definitely gonna try it.     Man you go live/raw too cause it works. But that’s hard and takes a lot of work to stick with. As long as you get the results you want, keep doing it.

    I’m so glad I found this video. I have been also on a lifestyle change (I hate the word diet!) for a little over a month now and I have lost 20 pounds so far. I eat everything that you eat minus the diet soda and I only eat brown rice. I have also found some other carbs that are high in fiber and very good for you such as oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and beans. I have added these things to my menu and I am never hungry. I eat 5X’s a day and try to exercise 5 days a week. Much more success to you!

    Very good advice. I’m also trying to lose and to me rice is essential. Don’t forget WATER! Especially if you’re working out. Also, Watermelons are both filling and refreshing during the summer.
