    woah woah! your eating 1550 calories a day and exercising 5 x a week, increase your calories your not eating enough, (1550 is already to low if you didnt exercise, add exercise and that number could drop to 900 – 1000 thats not good you’ll slow your metabolism down) I exercise 2 hours a day 60 – 80 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of weight training, eat 3200 – 3500 cals and im loosing fat, gaining muscle

    heres sum tips, there are no secrets to weight loss,
    step 1: startin doing cardio exercises daily
    step 2: cut out all junk food, only drink milk once a day, drink plenty of water, and juice in the morning, absolutly no soda
    step 3: dont over eat, (like dont eat until your bursting and dieing)
    step 4: start lifting weights, high reps for a tight build, or low reps heavy weight for a larger build

    and an important tip, **dont give in to cravings, and push yourself to greatness!
