Is it healthy to add 5 pounds each workout?
ghost.tsohg asked: hey. I am bench pressing 260 pounds and i workout every other day and every workout i add 5 pounds to my max. So yesterday i benched 260 and tomorrow i will bench 265. i started this month benching about 205 or so and have worked my way up.Need to lose weight?
