hi my name is michael and im 15 years old and im about 13 stone im 5 foot 8 and i have quite a bit of musle but still fat i only need to lose about 1 stone and a half.  iv started joggin 10 miles every two days im trying to eat helthy  but this it to all the people out there to lose waight dont hold it off there is no time like the present and every snack counts so just eat fuit and some thing small for tea and do a bit a joggin or some thing els and u&#039;ll see the diffrens  just dont give up!</description>
