    well some ppl gain weight from stress so if u can manage ur stress better it could help with that and also to make better food choices and to be better mentally prepared to work out too…think diff things work for diff ppl

    seriously her advise is good but some of them is ridiculous. breathing helps you relieve stress which is irrelevant to the aim. I have lost quite a few pounds, not really going to on strict diet, but i do eat less. My advise eat what you want but make sure you work it off and keep it to a minimum. losing weight should not be a chore, but rather natural. I play hockey at the Ymca, so i having fun and losing weight at the same time and I dont worry about this or that diet.

    thats your problem you keep on trying and not doing, you have to be consistent. I am not being mean I am serious. If we are fat its our fault. I am about 15 pounds overweight and its my fault. Same for you girl. Better choices create better results. This is the best advice you ever heard so use it or not its up to you today.

    Not sure if it’s mentioned anywhere else but another thing that helps lose weight is to keep track of your caloric intake by writing it down in a journal. Also, I don’t eat anything unless I know it’s nutritional content.
