Yes they are definitely worth the time. I made one last week that was both healthy and delicious.

This is what you need:

Dijorno pizza crust
Marinara sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Red & Green peppers
Tomatoes
Mushrooms

Spread the Marinara sauce evenly over the pizza crust, then spread the cheese on top. Add as many vegetables as you want, but be sure to avoid Pepperoni and Sausage. If you want meat on your pizza, I would suggest chicken. Bake in the oven and enjoy!

i have made a wheat pizza before with low fat cheeses and spinach leaves, or tomatoes. or you can look in the store and they have organic pizzas that are made with ingredients that are not full of all the unhealthy things.

<a href="http://Lose-11-Pounds.com/FreeBook.php?pg=4">Slim down - remove fat</a>

It is healthier. You don't use all the grease. No, you don't have to put anything different on it. My family was on a diet, we ate homemade pizza all the time. So all that's different is the amount of grease.
