    mcdonalds is not healthy period. You think thats healthy eating that still. No way. Its better to stay away from fast food in general. Do you see boxers go to fast foods no. If your dieting fast food is not the place to go. I eat at home. High protein diet for boxing. I eat Tuna,Fruit, Veggies,Lean Beef, Oats,Whole Grain Wheats, Olives stuff that will keep your body going while going through harsh training. Just a heads up fast food is fast food weather you left that bun on or not

    i really appreciate your efforts to help others and yourself to dieting, its very uplifting to me to know that the’re good people like you out there. also, if you are really determined, u can avoid beef and fried chicken, and just order the grilled chicken or better yet order fruit and their grilled chicken wraps =) stick with water also cause even sweet tea contains high fructose syrup (aka bad bad no no) =)

    Some good ideas, but, its doesnt seem to have worked for you, as your still quite large. The best advice, would be, stay away from Mcdonalds altogether. Just go buy some fruit, and a sandwhich or something. There is just no way, in any shape or form, you can incorporate Macdonalds into any healthy diet. I f you must eat there, try to limit it to once every 2 weeks. but make sure you do extra while down the gym the following evening.
