maybe cause your not doing enough cardio if you keep bench pressing and lifting weights you will increase your muscle size and strengthen. but if you just work on cardio like running and biking you will start losing the weight. and eat right cause if you work out hard and than eat unhealthy foods youll just end up gaining the calories back. if you can keep your calories to 500 a day for a week you will lose minimum 1 pound a week</description>
