    i think every other day if you don’t eat a lot but if you eat a lot i suppose everyday is okay.

    I’m 15, maybe she should switch to every other day, and what is she eating? Like if she doesn’t eat a lot its not good because she needs energy for it. So she should eat more for intense exercises just for the energy.

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    You shouldn’t work the same muscles daily. They need at least a day or two to recover, maybe more depending on how hard you’re working. My concern is that this is a really long workout. It’s not reasonable that you could maintain it for very long. Aim for at least an hour of cardio a day (30 minutes if you can’t fit that in), and divide your strength training into a day of chest (most guys try to hit this really hard), a day of back, a day of arms, and a day of legs. Abs can be hit every other day or so, unless they are really sore. If you’re not getting them sore you can do every day for basic ab work and stick to every other for any heavy ab work.
